Product is returned in original condition with tags attached
Product is unworn, unwashed and unused
Product is not damaged in any way
Product is not marked as a final sale item or purchased on an exclusive discount
Parcel is posted back within the 14 day return window. We will not accept change of mind returns sent outside of this window.
Items marked as final sale and all bundle orders are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. Bundle orders can be returned for a standard store credit, minus the return label fee.
International Returns: Primi does not provide a return label for international orders. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping: We are currently partnered with Fedex & Australia Post Express for international shipping.

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order. I purchased the XS size after seeing the notes on the website saying Mikayla the model was wearing an XS. I know Mikayla and I know she’s a size M so I assumed the body suits ran big. I’m smaller than the model so I ordered the XS and it is sooooo tight. It looks so roomy on the model which makes me think she’s not wearing the XS on the website? It just doesn’t make sense. Disappointed.

We can confirm Mikayla was wearing an XS in the product imagery. At the time of the shoot, this was the best fit on her body, as she was smaller than in previous fittings. This bodysuit is designed for shorter torsos, and fit can feel very different depending on torso length, which we know can be tricky with bodysuits. We’ve included the garment measurements on the product page for this reason.
We really appreciate you raising this and have taken it on board, we’re actively exploring ways to improve fit across different heights and torso lengths in future designs.
